Invitation Guide for Easter Service
Inviting People to Easter Service
Easter is the perfect opportunity for you to invite someone to attend church with you. We’ll start on Sunday at 10:30am and we’re expecting a big crowd, so please get there early.
Think about the people in your life who may not know God or have taken a little detour away from the things of God. Take it a step further and think of the impact you can have on their life by saying something like “hey, would you like to come to Church with me?” A lot of people who would say ‘no’ to any other service would be willing to saying ‘yes’ to an Easter service so don’t let this opportunity pass you by.
There’s someone out there who wants to go to Church, but they just don’t know where to start and are just waiting for that invitation.
As we’re out or on the Internet, let’s be that person who really sees others and takes the time to extend an invite. The Holy Spirit will let you know who those are.

- Ask God to show you who to invite. It may be someone you encounter regularly or a stranger. When you’re sensitive to the voice of God, He will lead and guide you to the right people. When you’re on social media, share our posts and tag your friends. You can go to our IPF Facebook or Instagram page and find it. Technology has come so far, and we can use it to spread the gospel
- Bring someone to church with you. When you invite someone, you can offer to pick them up and be their ‘chauffeur’ for the day. Having some extra company may be the extra boost they need and minister to them in other ways.
- Make room for others. When you get to Church, sit towards the front and slide in towards the middle. We want to make it easy and welcoming as people come into service.
- Pray. Even if you can’t bring someone, let’s all pray that lives will be changed, hearts touched, and people come to know Jesus; not only at our church, but at churches all over our area and throughout the world.
- Be a friendly face! Whether you see someone who attends regularly, sometimes, or is a first-time visitor, commit to show the love of God and make everyone feel loved and welcomed. Let the love of God shine through your face, your handshakes and your hugs.
